For Example, Some web pages fill keywords like phrases or the same words so many times in a webpage. It Sounds Unnatural. And This is against Google Webmasters Policy.
Hidden Text or Links is the practice of placing content on a webpage only exploiting Google Search bots/crawlers. And the hidden text/links are not easily viewable by the human eye.
